Role Summary

CapCure is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations, coordination, and execution across the business. This role is critical to keeping workflows organized as the platform scales.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Maintain internal documentation, trackers, and operational checklists
• Support inbox management and follow-ups
• Assist with basic research, data entry, and CRM updates
• Coordinate contractors and vendors as needed
• Prepare simple reports, summaries, and internal materials
• Track deadlines and ensure follow-through

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative, executive assistant, or operations support roles
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment
• Proficient with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools

Preferred

• Startup or fast-moving environment experience
• Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, or similar tools

Role Summary

CapCure is building a proprietary database of health-focused investors and companies. You will own sourcing, scraping, cleaning, enrichment, and maintenance of the datasets powering CapCure’s dashboards and search.

Responsibilities

• Source investor and company data across health, wellness, digital health, med-tech, and life sciences
• Scrape/extract data from public web sources (firm sites, portfolio pages, press, profiles)
• Clean, normalize, and deduplicate records (entity resolution across sources)
• Enrich profiles with stage/sector focus, portfolio data, deal activity, and market tags
• Maintain data freshness and quality checks; flag gaps/anomalies
• Collaborate with product leadership to refine schemas and taxonomies

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in data analysis, market intelligence, or investment research
• Hands-on experience with web data sourcing and data cleaning
• High attention to accuracy and comfort with fragmented data
• Clear analytical writing and documentation skills

Preferred

• Experience with Airtable, Supabase, SQL, Python, or scraping tools
• Familiarity with VC/PE and health-sector investing
• Prior use of PitchBook/Crunchbase/CB Insights

Role Summary

CapCure is seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape the interface of a data-driven capital intelligence platform. You will design clean, intuitive experiences for complex investor, company, and market data.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for dashboards, feeds, profiles, and workflows
• Translate requirements into UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
• Create a cohesive component system aligned with CapCure’s brand
• Optimize data-dense screens for hierarchy, clarity, and speed of comprehension
• Collaborate with product/engineering and iterate quickly
• Ensure consistency across interaction patterns and states

Qualifications

• 3+ years UX/UI design experience for SaaS or data-heavy products
• Portfolio demonstrating dashboard / systems design
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent)
• Strong command of IA and interaction design

Preferred

• Experience in fintech, analytics platforms, or B2B SaaS
• Comfort operating in a startup environment with rapid iteration
